Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to statutory withdrawal rights as well as the cancellation policies of the respective distribution channel. NOREA Pro is distributed and billed exclusively through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
2. Cancellation of App Store Purchases
Since billing and payment processing for NOREA Pro is handled entirely by the Apple App Store (Apple Inc.) or the Google Play Store (Google LLC), the right of withdrawal and the possibility of a refund are governed exclusively by the policies of the respective store operator.
Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple (support.apple.com) or Google (play.google.com/store/account).
3. Managing Your Subscription
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the subscription management settings of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access to NOREA Pro remains available until that date.
